Our 7-acre mixed vegetable garden produces many organic vegetables and fruits that are highlighted at our restaurant at the Shelburne Farms Inn, and also at our Farm Store. The garden is also a classroom for educating about food systems, especially for summer campers. Our organic growing practices sustain healthy, fertile soil.
